In the Indian market, the fan base for Yamaha R15 bikes was getting more after releasing of V3. Even though the cost of a motorcycle was expensive people showed much interest to get them one. Currently, under the 200CC segment, the most searched sports bike is the R15 V3. Well, the current generation has a few issues like low illumination from front headlamp and not poor but it has few body quality problems.
So, Yamaha will fix all things in the upcoming generation 2021 R15 V4. Actually, R15 V3 has already premium features so the upcoming generation might get only fewer new things like custom color schemes, better-LED lights in front. The international varieties come with high-end hardware components. But for us not expecting USD forks because as of now this 155CC bike has a premium price tag if Yamaha replaces hardware duties then the cost of a motorcycle will be more.
The good thing liked to know is Yamaha will change SOHC engine to DOHC so probably the power figures for 2021 R15 V4 will be improved. By considering few sources this summer Yamaha will uncover R15 V4 in Indian and the expected ex-showroom price could be between Rs. 1.65-1.7 lakh.
