A piece of flash news from Kawasaki could like to launch Ninja 125 in India by December 2020. Last year KTM had brought RC125 and Duke 125 into the market. Now Kawasaki bringing its brand new 125 cc bike, Ninja 125 and Z125 versions into the market. It is DNA from the Ninja H2 trellis frame and inspired by Ninja 250SL. And coming as a great competitor to KTM RC125.
Since start-up, Kawasaki focuses on high segment bikes only and hasn’t released 125 cc bikes. So it was the first youngest motorcycle in Kawasaki. Manufacturing lower-segment bikes to increase more their sales in the market.
Specifications
When looking into the specifications Ninja 125 cc produces more power than 150 cc in India. So Ninja 125 is a powerful engine. It is a single-cylinder 125 cc liquid-cooled engine that produces maximum power 15 HP at 10,000 rpm and 11.7Nm peak torque at 7,700 rpm.
The top speed of bike was really insane 120km/h. Can see all rich features and premium components in Ninja 125. Like the instrument, the console was fully digital, dual ABS channel and it is a six-speed transmission. The fuel economy is 40-45km/l and fuel tank capacity is 11 liters. The rear tire size was decent 130/70-17M/C 62S and front 100/80-17M 53S.
The expected Ex-showroom price of Kawasaki Ninja 125 is 1.30 lakh rupees. Kerb weight of the motorcycle is 148 kg and three color schemes available green, stardust white and spark black.
