One of the most anticipated motorcycle in India 2020 that is Yamaha XSR155. Actually it should have to make an announced in Auto Expo 2020 but delaying the launch and disappointing everyone. Yamaha XSR155 is already launched in Thailand last year 2019 August. Can expect XSR155 in India in mid-2020.
When coming to India there could be some changes in specifications. Buzz is that Yamaha replaced conventional telescopic forks instead of USD forks. Under 150 cc segment, Yamaha is focusing is to increase its sales in the market. Last year they have massive sales for Yamaha MT-15, R15 V3.
Yamaha XSR155 Specifications
The engine of XSR155 is inspired by the Yamaha R15 V3 version. The XSR155 is 155.1 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine produces the maximum power 18.6 HP at 10,000 rpm. And peak torque 14.1 Nm at 8,500 rpm. The expected price of Yamaha XSR155 will be 1.60 to 1.65 lakh rupees.
The speedometer was digital fully rounded and the design and style of XSR155 are unique. Yamaha brings old retro style in XSR155. Four different colour schemes available black, premium Grey, green and red-white. A black colour cover is placed in between the fuel tank and it looks decent. The capacity of the fuel tank is 10 litres and the fuel economy is around 40 to 45 km/l. Also, equipped with a single-channel ABS system.
It is a six-speed gearbox with assistant slipper clutch is available. On front Yamaha XSR155 a mono-focus LED headlamp is placed and at the rear a round-shaped LED taillamp.
