Yamaha YZF-R1 Modified Into Street Edition By Ludovic Lazareth

The Yamaha YZF-R1 is the most popular, loved, and one of the powerful superbikes in the world. A French designer Ludovic Lazareth modified the 1999 edition of Yamaha R1 into muscular cafe street edition for Babylon Ad movie. Vin Deisel was acted in this movie and it was released very long back ago.

The modifier (Ludovic Lazareth) replaced all stock body panels with carbon fiber panels. Removed stock wheels from Yamaha R1 and equipped Triumph Daytona 955’s massive 17-inch wheels on both sides. The belly finishing fuel tank customlly built with aluminum. And some cosmetic changes are done in every part of body panels on the bike.

After the modification, the modified Yamaha R1 looks like a real giant and very stylish with sharp edges and also hard to recognize the name of the bike. As per sources it took around $53,000 cost for complete modification. For the reference this 1999 Yamaha R1 capable exhibit maximum output power of 148 HP at 10,000 rpm and 108 Nm of peak torque at 7,750 rpm.

To look uniquely at the rear section the modifier included custom-built TFX suspension shock. And also we can see a single-sided swingarm. The end of the exhaust pipe is studded with LED lights for eye-catching and to better view at night time.
