Because a couple of top brand motorcycle companies like KTM introduced their 125 segments in the Indian market and Kawasaki is planning to launch Ninja 125. The Yamaha YZF-R125 expected price in India is 1.20 lakh. Can see all premium features in R125 no other brands are providing these features in their 125cc segment bikes.
The R125 is powered by 124.7 cc, single-cylinder, the liquid-cooled engine generated a maximum power of 14.8 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 12.4 Nm peak torque at 8,000 rpm. And the engine is equipped with a six-speed transmission gearbox. One of the highlight features in R125 is 41mm Upside-Down golden colour USD forks on front suspension and MonoShock with spring-loaded at the rear. And also 140/70 size tyre at the rear, so more grip.
The fuel economy was decent 45-50 km/l and fuel tank capacity is 11.50 liters. Yamaha built this supersport 125cc bike with all premium and unique features. A larger 292mm single disc on the front and 230mm disc at the rear with ABS channel. Available in three colour shades Competition White, Race Blue and Matt Grey.
